Initiate Your Request
Log into your Yugi-Market account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
